Clifden is a small town in County Galway, western Ireland, often regarded as the unofficial capital of the Connemara region. Picturesquely situated between mountains and the Atlantic coast, it is known for its colorful houses, traditional pubs, and cultural events such as the Connemara Pony Festival.
