Märjamaa is a small town in the Rapla County region of Estonia, located southwest of the capital, Tallinn. It serves as a local administrative and commercial center, surrounded by an agricultural landscape. Märjamaa is notable for its Lutheran church, which dates back to the medieval period, as well as for traditional festivals and its tranquil small-town atmosphere. The surrounding area features typical Estonian scenery with forests, fields, and small rivers.

The Konuvere Bridge in Märjamaa

In Konuvere, municipality of Märjamaa, a bridge was built over the river in 1861. The 110 m long stone bridge is an Estonian monument.
