Latin description
Eudyptes moseley

The Northern Rockhopper Penguin (Eudyptes moseleyi) is a rare penguin species found on islands in the South Atlantic, such as Tristan da Cunha and Gough Island. It is distinguished from other Rockhopper Penguins by its longer and denser yellow crest feathers. This species breeds on remote cliffs and feeds on krill, squid, and small fish. Climate change, overfishing, and introduced predators have placed the Northern Rockhopper Penguin at significant risk.
