Gamboa

Gamboa is a small town in Panama, located on the banks of the Panama Canal near the Chagres River. It was founded in the 1930s as a settlement for canal administration workers. Today, Gamboa is known for its proximity to the rainforest, rich birdlife, and as a starting point for boat trips on Lake Gatún and visits to Soberanía National Park.
