Colón is a port city on Panama’s Caribbean coast, located at the Atlantic entrance of the Panama Canal. The city is a major hub for trade and logistics, home to one of the world’s largest free-trade zones, the Colón Free Zone. In addition to its economic importance, the region offers access to Caribbean beaches and the San Lorenzo Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
