Spider monkey on Barro Colorado
On Barro Colorado Island, with a bit of luck, you can see brown-headed spider monkeys from the family of spider-horned monkeys (Atelidae).

Barro Colorado is an island in Lake Gatún of the Panama Canal. It is part of the Barro Colorado Nature Monument and ranks among the world’s most important research sites for tropical ecology. Since 1923, the Smithsonian Institution has operated a research station here, providing unique insights into the biodiversity of the tropical rainforest.
